TMPAC Membership

Membership is open to all Native Title Holders of the Wiluna Native Title Determination, or individuals eligible to become Native Title Holders before the determination takes effect, who are at least 18 years of age and are eligible to be members of the Corporation.

 
 

Rights and Responsibilities

As a member of the Corporation, you can:

  • attend, speak and, depending on the Member's level of rights under Traditional Law and Custom, participate in and be involved with decision-making at General Meetings of the Corporation.

  • be appointed as a Director.

As a member, you also have the following responsibilities:

  • to consider, be guided by and, where possible, comply with Traditional Law and Custom.

  • make their best effort to attend General Meetings.
