General

  • TMPAC looks after the determination area on behalf of the native title holders. The Wiluna People’s Trust has been established to assist beneficiaries within our programs set by the advisory committee, made up of Martu representatives.

TMPAC members are automatically beneficiaries of the Trust. The main difference is that TMPAC has a board of directors made up of Martu representatives, which are voted in for a term of 2 years. All TMPAC members can self-nominate to be elected.

Both members and beneficiaries are afforded the right to attend and speak at the respective General Meetings: TMPAC AGM and the Wiluna People’s Trust AGM.
